Summary: Gaga is an adult-only live social matching product. You must follow our Community Guidelines, respect consent, use the reporting and blocking tools responsibly, and understand that the current iOS build is a TestFlight beta.
1. Operator and agreement
Gaga is operated by Bigglesworth Tech Limited, a Hong Kong company with registration number 77649784 and registered office at Room 1911, Lee Garden One, 33 Hysan Avenue, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong. These Terms of Service form a binding agreement between you and Bigglesworth Tech Limited when you access or use Gaga.
These terms incorporate the Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, Safety Center, and Account Deletion page. If a separate written agreement applies to a specific feature, that agreement controls only for that feature.
2. Definitions
"Gaga," "service," "we," "our," or "us" means the Gaga websites, apps, TestFlight builds, support services, safety tools, account systems, and related features operated by Bigglesworth Tech Limited. "You" means the person who accesses or uses Gaga. "User content" means profile information, photos, video, audio, text, messages, reports, support requests, feedback, and other material submitted, displayed, transmitted, or generated through Gaga by users.
3. Eligibility and adult-only use
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement. You may not use Gaga if applicable law prohibits you from using social matching services, if you are required to register as a sex offender, or if we previously removed or suspended your access for safety, fraud, legal, or policy reasons.
You must not help a minor access Gaga, misrepresent your age, or request private, intimate, or sexual content from anyone you know or suspect may be underage.
4. Beta service status
The iOS app is currently available through TestFlight. Test builds may include bugs, unavailable features, changing interfaces, limited support coverage, and shorter data retention for diagnostics. Android, chat assistance, and commercial features are not yet generally available. We may change, suspend, or discontinue beta features at any time.
You agree not to rely on Gaga for emergency communication, critical safety response, professional advice, or guaranteed access to any specific user, match, feature, or data export. Beta feedback, crash reports, screenshots, suggestions, and related comments you provide may be used to evaluate, improve, and secure Gaga without compensation to you.
5. Accounts and security
You are responsible for keeping login credentials secure and for all activity on your account. Profile information must be accurate, current, and not misleading. You may not sell, rent, transfer, license, or share your account with another person.
We may require verification, additional safety review, or account recovery steps before restoring access, processing deletion, responding to a privacy request, or reviewing an appeal.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Gaga to do, encourage, coordinate, or facilitate any of the following:
- harassment, threats, bullying, stalking, intimidation, hate, blackmail, or non-consensual contact;
- sexual exploitation, prostitution, human trafficking, non-consensual intimate content, or sexual content involving minors;
- violence, credible threats, terrorism, extremist recruitment, self-harm encouragement, or instructions for physical harm;
- illegal drugs, illegal weapons, counterfeit goods, fraud, scams, phishing, malware, or deceptive monetization;
- impersonation, fake identity, misleading gender or age information, or use of another person's images without permission;
- publishing private information, doxxing, recording without consent where prohibited, or privacy violations;
- scraping, reverse engineering, automated account creation, security testing without authorization, or interference with Gaga's systems.
7. Live interaction standards
Gaga is designed for live social matching between adults. You must respect boundaries, stop behavior when another user asks you to stop, and leave an interaction if it becomes unsafe, unwanted, or unlawful. You may not secretly record, screenshot, publish, threaten to publish, or commercially exploit another person's image, voice, conversation, profile, or private information where you do not have lawful permission.
Gaga may give users report, block, skip, account deletion, and support tools. Misusing those tools to harass, retaliate, file knowingly false reports, or evade enforcement may itself violate these terms.
8. User content and license
You are responsible for text, images, videos, audio, profile information, messages, reports, support requests, and other content you submit or transmit through Gaga. You represent that you have the rights, permissions, and consents needed for the content you provide.
You retain ownership of your content. You grant Gaga a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, process, transmit, display, moderate, translate, adapt for technical formatting, and use your content as reasonably necessary to operate, protect, improve, and enforce the service. This license ends when your content is deleted from our active systems, except where retention is necessary for safety, legal, security, or compliance reasons.
9. Reporting, blocking, and enforcement
Gaga provides reporting and blocking tools for objectionable content, abusive users, underage use, violence, terrorism, bullying, drug abuse, incorrect gender, and other safety issues. We may use human review, automated signals, user reports, device and account signals, or service-provider support to review potential violations.
We may remove content, restrict distribution, issue warnings, block interactions, suspend or terminate accounts, preserve evidence, notify affected users, decline account restoration, or report matters to appropriate authorities where required or appropriate. Severe safety issues may be handled immediately without prior notice.
10. Account deletion and termination
You may request account deletion in the app or through the web instructions at Account Deletion. Gaga uses a 30-day pending period before permanent deletion is completed. During that period, your account may be deactivated and may be restored only if you cancel the request before deletion completes.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, create safety risk, infringe rights, evade enforcement, misuse the beta, or expose Gaga to legal, security, or operational risk. Some records may be retained after deletion or termination where required for law, safety, fraud prevention, security, dispute handling, or compliance.
11. Paid features and app stores
Commercial features are not yet launched. If Gaga later offers paid features, subscriptions, virtual items, boosts, or promotions, additional terms, pricing disclosures, renewal terms, cancellation paths, refund rules, and app-store policies may apply. Payments through Apple or Google are also governed by the applicable store terms. We will not charge you for a paid feature unless the price and purchase action are clearly presented and authorized.
12. Third-party services
Gaga may integrate app stores, sign-in providers, analytics, crash reporting, hosting, security, content moderation, communications, and support vendors. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Gaga is not responsible for third-party services that we do not control.
13. Gaga intellectual property and feedback
Gaga's name, logo, mascot, interface designs, software, text, graphics, code, and brand elements are owned by or licensed to Bigglesworth Tech Limited. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from Gaga except as expressly allowed by law or written permission.
If you send ideas, suggestions, bug reports, or product feedback, you grant Gaga permission to use that feedback to develop, improve, market, and operate Gaga without restriction or compensation, while we continue to handle any personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
14. Privacy and data
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, retain, and delete personal data, and how you can make privacy requests. By using Gaga, you acknowledge that the service may process account data, profile data, interaction data, device data, report data, and support communications as described in that policy.
15. Appeals, notices, and support
If you believe an enforcement action was made in error, contact [email protected] with your account identifier, the action you are appealing, and relevant context. We may decline appeals that are abusive, repetitive, unsupported, or submitted to evade safety restrictions.
We may send service notices through the website, app, TestFlight notes, email, SMS, push notification, or other reasonable channels. You are responsible for keeping account contact information current where the product allows it.
16. Disclaimers
Gaga is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, specific matches, identity accuracy of every user, compatibility with every device, or that every interaction will be positive. Gaga support is not an emergency service.
17. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bigglesworth Tech Limited and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, exemplary, or lost-profit damages, or for loss of data, reputation, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from or related to Gaga.
18. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your location requires otherwise. You agree to first contact us and try to resolve any dispute informally before starting formal proceedings.
19. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as Gaga changes. If a change is material, we will provide reasonable notice through the website, app, TestFlight notes, or another appropriate channel. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
