- Profile data: name or nickname, age, gender, photos, interests, country or region, profile preferences, and other details you choose to add.
- Interaction data: matching events, in-app actions, live interaction metadata, messages or communication metadata, reports, blocks, support requests, and moderation history.
- Device and log data: device model, operating system, app version, IP address, approximate location derived from IP, diagnostics, crash logs, and security signals.
- Permission data: camera, microphone, photo, contacts, notification, or location permission status when you choose to enable relevant features.
- Payment data: if paid features are introduced, transaction identifiers and entitlement records. Store providers process payment card details directly.
3. Sources of information
We collect information directly from you, automatically from your device or use of Gaga, from app stores or sign-in providers when you use them, from other users when they interact with or report an account, and from service providers that help us operate, secure, moderate, or support the service.
4. How we use information
We use personal data to create and secure accounts, provide matching and communication features, personalize the product, process reports and blocks, detect abuse, enforce the Terms and Community Guidelines, provide support, comply with legal obligations, improve reliability, and understand product performance.

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on performance of a contract, your consent, legitimate interests in operating and protecting Gaga, compliance with legal obligations, and protection of vital interests or public safety in urgent situations. You may withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, but withdrawal does not affect processing already completed before withdrawal.

We do not sell personal data. We may share data with service providers that help operate Gaga, including hosting, cloud infrastructure, analytics, crash reporting, authentication, customer support, safety tooling, moderation, email delivery, and app store providers. Account deletion begins a 30-day pending period. After that period, we delete or anonymize account data unless limited retention is necessary for safety, legal, security, or compliance reasons.

No online service can guarantee perfect security, so you should keep your login credentials secure and report suspected account compromise promptly.
